The taste of this spicy chaat has remained intact for the last 50 years, making it a memorable experience for anyone who visits here. Kumkum Chaurasia, who sells Chapchapawa Chaat, says that this chaat was started by her father, Jagarnath Chaurasia. He used to work in Delhi, but due to not being able to meet his expenses, he returned to his village and started his own business. Kumkum Chaurasia has been managing this shop for the last 12 years. And even today people are being given the same tests as they were 50 years ago.
Know the recipe to make it
The specialty of Chapchapawa Chaat lies in the ingredients used in it. This chaat is prepared by mixing Dahibada, potato cutlet, samosa, potato chaap and gram curry. The main attraction of this chaat is the sesame oil in which it is fried. Kumkum Chaurasia tells that Urid, gram flour and chana dal are also used in it, which makes it special. More than 500 plates of chaat are sold every day.

Although many people have opened their shops after seeing this, but no one has been able to match the taste of the chaat here. Many times people from other districts also come to taste Chapchapawa. Due to its taste, its craze has been going on for many years.
